LIONEL MESSI GETS INJURED AND WILL BE OUT OF ACTION FOR THREE WEEKS,BARCA BEAT SEVILLA 4-2.
WHAT IS THE STORY?
Barcelona was in action against the well organised Sevilla side at the Camp Nou.
The Barcelona captain Lionel Messi felt on pitch on the 17th minute of the match as he twisted his elbow when the felt on the ground . He was in real pain. The medical staff gave him some treatment on the sidelines and waited for almost 10 minutes too see that if their talismanic captain can continue or not. After tied up the bandage on his elbow the Barcelona staff took their captain to the hospital for more tests and later on the official twitter page of FC Barcelona they posted that " Messi will be out for approximately three weeks ".

WHICH MATCHES HE IS GOING TO MISS?
He is going to miss the midweek clash of the Champions League Matchday 3 against Inter Milan at Nou Camp.
He is going to miss a Copa Del Ray away game against Cultural Leonesa , which he might not have featured and on paper that game is not that important.
He is going to miss a away fixture against Rayo Vallecano which can be tricky for the team as their La Liga away record is not that good in this season .
Now depends on his recovery timing if he has to play the matchday 4 of the Champions League clash against Inter Milan in Italy.

Barcelona are clearly not on their fluent best form and without Messi the straight option comes on to the mind is Osmane Dembele.
Osmane Dembele has to prove himself as he is very inconsistent with his decision making on the pitch. Now it is the right time for him to stand up in these big games to prove his worth to this team. His talent was never in question but this is his second season with the team and he has to deliver for his side. In 11 appearances this season in all competition he has scored 5 times . Barcelona fans must be hoping that he will take the responsibility on that right wing.
Lionel Messi is irreplaceable in the game of football we all know that but there are crucial matches coming in few days for barca, somehow someone have to take responsibility in their captain's absence.
With Barcelona it is still the same. You will get some skillfull display from the likes of Suarez, Coutinho, Rakitic , Buesquets and all the players they are capable of doing it on their own
, they are world beaters but the contribution of Lionel Messi to this team is beyond any stat .
